Girardi needs to drop Tex down in the lineup, he's batting .165 over 26 games so far in his postseason career with the Yankees. He's probably had maybe 3 or 4 good games at best, unacceptable for the 4th highest paid player in the game. Sadly I now cringe every time he's up, its just been brutal watching him at the plate. I hope he can turn it around and Game 5 would be a good start but he's been a major disappointment. If he was playing in the old YS the boo birds would've destroyed him by now. Too bad he'll never waive his no trade because Fielder would be a perfect fit for YS.
Every time he comes up, I already anticipate an out. At least with A-Rod, you have a feeling he will get a hit.

Tex needs to start bunting down the third base side.

u have a feeling arod will get a hit????????????????

and yes tex should start bunting..might as well take a single

although maybe the 8th inning the other night will get them going abit

So this game starts at 8, not 8:30?

Yes, I have a feeling A-Rod will get a hit.

Let's just hope that inning will get Tex going. Didn't A-Rod go 2 for 2 in that inning?

Yankees fans know their team will be a playoff contender pretty much the rest of their lives. Phillies fans feel that there is a tight window, and we are close to becoming something like the 90s Braves.

Ha, very true but not much to say at this point. Confident, nervous and anxious all rolled into one.

It's a GAURANTEE the Yankees will win this game tonight....comes down to the fact the Yankees have the best bullpen.

I'm thinking there's a good chance Fister will get pounded in another blowout. The AL is there for the taking tonight, we owned Texas this year hoping the Yankees smell blood.

It's tough to get through the Yankees lineup a few times in one game, something he couldn't do last time. Now he has to get through them for the second time in a week.

Back-to-back jacks by Don Kelly and Delmon Young.

Why would you throw Delmon Young a first pitch strike?

Doesn't mean squat....I have money on the Yankees so a comeback is in order.
