    This is great stuff. Love the advanced stats stuff and how much he talks about FanGraphs. It's great to see someone like that accept this stuff and bring it to the broadcast. I love Singleton but Cone has to be the Yanks best color guy.

    Was about to say, the worst pitcher the Yanks are facing in this series has an era of 2.8.

    Jeter is now 19 away from 3,000, I'd say his at-bats are becoming must see since he's this close to that mark.

    Yeah, it's getting to be that time. This should be fun, and overblown if last year was any indication, although 3,000 is a bigger number than the Yankees hit record.

    I don't think I have much of a chance at seeing it in person although Singleton did predict he will do it against Colorado. It would be pretty incredible if he did it on old timers day with Torre and all in attendance. That would be pretty incredible
