The biggest pitch any Yankee throws this weekend will be hours before Friday's game when Pettitte has his bullpen session.

Burnett is always awful in the first inning.

Running out of patience with this guy.

Yeah, this is great stuff. That had to be very cool. Nothing wrong with talking Pearl Jam with a Yankee. Nice work.

For the record i've always hated burnett as a pitcher and was disapointed when we signed him.

What are they gonna do though. i guess another 3 man rotation in the post season lead by CC?

Cliff Lee looked like he would have been an embaressment of riches at the trade deadline if the yanks got him now he sure would make me feel a lot better.

what are ya gonna do though

I don't think they'll be able to go with a 3 man rotation. The new system won't allow them to.

    So, in a playoffs situation...

    1. CC Sabathia
    2. Andy Pettitte
    3. Phil Hughes
    4. Javy Vasquez/A.J. Burnett

They might have to go with Dustin Mosley or that new guy that pitched against Toronto. They could really help since most teams haven't seen them except a few.

Same shit as last year fellas. AJ was horrible in August, Joba was going 3-4 innings, and Mitre was going every 5 days. It will be alright.

You guys serious? Look at AJ's numbers last August. Nova and Moesley wont sniff the playoffs. Hughes is a better option than Joba. The staff is better than last year. It just the timing of the hot streaks.

AJ hasn't been good since like June or July.
