    Encore break, I'm 3rd row on mike's to the side of the stage, and about 1/3 of the crowd around me's been sitting for most of the set, including during do the evolution lol... pathetic... show's rocked so far of course
    It makes much more sense... to live... in the present tense

    How was ACL? Did you see happen to see Daniel Johnston? Or who was a couple faves besides PJ that you saw? I tried to make it but couldn't get off work, just really bad timing.

    I saw the same thing in DC 2006. The first 5 rows on Stone's side were sitting most of the show.

    ya in my opinion... PHILLY 05 is a top 20 PJ show of all time

    That is sad. I'm not too old yet, but on my feet all fucking day the day of the show, 6'5" 300lbs, not used to all day on my feet...come show time I was already hurting, but still rocked out the entire show...how could you not? I dont' get it. It was painful, but I can't stand still, let alone sit still..or even sit. Pussies...all of 'em.

    we missed D. Johnston....we were on the other side when he played. if memory serves, we saw/listened to Phoenix while we ate lunch.

    Favorites??? wow...long list! off the top of my head...Them Crooked Vultures, Avett Brothers, Heartless Bastards, Bon Iver, The Dead Weather, Felice Brothers, KOL, Andrew Bird...i know i'm forgetting a few that really blew us away. it was a great festival!
