and given that i have a terrible singing voice, as does everyone in my family - it's genetic ...it's BESt for all involved if EVERYone sings, loudly, b/c then...collectively...we all sound pretty damn good.

i went to 2 Rush concerts during their last tour, both shows the people behind me asked me to sit, i'm like "IT'S A FUCKIN ROCK CONCERT!" those were the only shows i went to where i had to sit pretty much the only time, i mean we stood for the first couple songs, but then they played one mid-tempo song, and the guy behind me asked me to sit. now i've only been really going to concert for a few years, 2 CSNY shows, 2 PJ, 1 Who, and 2 Rush, those 2 Rush shows were the only ones i sat to watch...i felt so limited, i guess i'm just spoiled at those other shows

Its a good point and well made, I used to hate going to a show and not be able to hear the singing due to all the people whom are not the singers singing along to the songs - so now I sync up the live act with my ipod - ITS GREAT!
