Ah, that is the question, although we can assume it involves cats.

Is there a specific poster here you would love to meet in person?

awww, why thank, I'd love to meet you too!

I like wedding gifts I asked for....lol or money...haha Stuff I can use....that's what we asked for stuff we could use or money...like our registry had bathroom stuff, and towels, and kitchen stuff, and picture frames, and bedding...things a couple just starting out together could really use...

Have you ever put together a registry? (it was hard! lol)

No. We got married many, many years ago and refused to do the registry thing. It just seems wrong to me to ask for specific gifts. A lot of people complained that we didn't, though; they like the guess work taken out of it.

Did you get soaked in the rain at an outdoor event this weekend?

    I despise wedding registries.
    They are pretentious as fuck.

No I did not get soaked this weekend.

Do you pay with visa or cash when you take a cab?
  • oftenreadingoftenreading Posts: 12,844
Maybe I would pay with cash if I ever had enough cash on me when I take a cab.

Have you read more than 5 books already in 2015?

  • Seven or eight so far anyway.

    Do you like magazines?
  • oftenreadingoftenreading Posts: 12,844
Some; depends on the magazine but they can feel like a waste of money when you burn through them in an hour or so. It's not like a good book, where you'll come back to it again and again.

Can you suggest tasty, small, light, easy to pack breakfast options for a cycling trip that I haven't thought of yet?

I don't know about gardening but I kill indoor plants....I helped my grandma in KY with her garden and did OK, but I have never had a yard of my own to try it out in....

    do you get cold easily?

Not generally, but I usually get something in late winter/early spring. This year it coincided with the allergy season boom, so I was extra miserable. Allegra (Rx strength), Nasonex AND an allergy shot did NOTHING! I was going through a box of tissues and a bag of Ricola a day. I actually bought the grocery out of Ricola cough drops over a weeks time. I started buying the bulk bags at Target. :frowning:

When you eat a salad, what do you have in it besides lettuce and maybe dressing?

I love ceaser salad best, but if I don't have ceaser then, I usually have some carrots, purple cabbage, red onion, and croutons and maybe some cheddar cheese....

What is your favorite salad dressing?

What do you normally dip french fies in?
  • oftenreadingoftenreading Posts: 12,844
    Nothing.

Do you put much effort in to recycling?

I do plastic bottles/containers, metal cans, glass, cardboard, and paper. We have curbside recycling, but my fellow apartment dwellers seem to think the cans are for bags of trash. I have bins I keep on my porch and just drive to the recycling center when they're full.

Do you have curbside recycling in your town?
  • PJSirenPJSiren Posts: 5,863
We do...and we use it!!! We recycle A LOT!!!

Do you consider grafitti art? Like the really nice stuff...not tagging...

I'd be looking at some hard time :worried:

Could you handle solitary confinement for, say, six months? A year?
  • oftenreadingoftenreading Posts: 12,844
Depends - would I have unlimited access to books, or not? If yes, it almost sounds tempting.... Just think, no other responsibilities, plenty of time to read.

    Do you need new furniture?

probably if i were to keep up with the times but frankly everything is ok

do you need any new body parts if you could
  • deadendpdeadendp Posts: 10,434
Probably would start with a new left knee. Trashed that one out skiing. Surgical repair can only do so much. Getting older. Giving me fits. :frowning:

If you could sit down and listen to an entire PJ album from beginning to end today, which would it be? (I'm feeling very Riot Act today, which is what is playing at the current time.)

Definitely Vs. Can't beat that opener of Go into Animal, plus it has my all time favourite song.

When you pack for a trip, do you often forget important items?

Sometimes. When we camped last year, I forgot dish soap. (We don't use paper plates but for birthdays.) I also forgot deodorant when I went on the work buying trip this past March. I was able to easily procure both items from either the camp store or the lovely Dublin Target. (FYI JCoyle, Dublin, OH)

When you pack, do you specifically pack items with items (outfits lets say) or just haphazardly throw things into a bag figuring that it'll all work out in the end?

I either wear a pair of khaki colored shorts or a pair of jeans, so I just throw in a few t-shirts and don't worry about coordinating outfits. If I need to be dressy, I'll coordinate ties with shirts, but that's the extent of it.

What's the next concert or live sporting event you're attending?

    Mayhem Fest this weekend.

    Same question.

    Aerosmith

Steven Tyler once said he wanted to be Janis Joplin. Has he achieved that, at least with the look?
