No I have not, they always try to over do it in movies, but I have seen Phantom on Broadway and it is amazing and raw as it should be.

Not really, I only get 60 hrs at home a week right now and I have to work at least one day that I'm home so that really restricts my activities.

I've got a work conference today then we have a fancy dress ball afterwards. It's with about 3000 other travel agents so these things are always huge (and messy)

  • NFL playoffs! Oh and Bill Maher returns tonight and there's a new SNL tomorrow night. So lots of TV watching. Can't do much else because it's absolutely freezing here anyway!

Will you be watching much TV? If so, what?

No I won't be watching TV, I am listening to music. My girlfreind is watching Jamie Oliver and I sneak in a peak every once in a while, but eventhough I like his shows they can't keep me listening to a good Pearl Jam bootleg right now.

Is greatfull the Januari blues seems to pass by whithou getting to him or her?

I found Into the Wild enjoyable, but varying quite a lot for me. The variance for me is that they (probably in the interest of not making a 12 hour movie) cut a lot of VERY important information. Also, his death in the movie is from the sweet pea, but in the book it is from rabbit starvation. The movie skews time a bit and makes it seem as if he was at that trailer place (I can't recall the name) in Arizona for a long time, but in the book it stated about a week or so. (If memory serves.) There was a very important piece of information about him and the scene about his car in the wash-- I don't recall what it is at this point, but it would have been key to include it. (It would also be helpful if I could provide that as a concrete example. Sorry.) I wished that I had either read the book or watched the movie because now when I watch the movie (it was beautifully done) I think of all of the parts that are missing. I know. I know. It's what happens when a book is made into a movie. It kind of bummed me out though. I do own the movie and the soundtrack. In fact, I play the soundtrack at work quite a bit.

Yes. January always feels like a new beginning full of possibilities. A time to hit the reset button. Nothing to be blue about.

  • Oh yeah.. I am
The only one though! However, with my dad getting worse with his condition, he spends a lot more time down in the media room with me, watching Broncos games with me. He even bought a Broncos t-shirt this year!! ( my dad just wasn't ever anything more than a baseball fan) so now we're watching the Broncos in the playoffs. But even if my teams don't win, I still love watching the playoff series.

Do you follow more than one major sports team in each category? (I.E. I follow The Broncos, The Chiefs and The Packers in football, the Heat, I guess I'm following The Oklahoma Thunder now, in Badketball... Etc..)

I only follow sports when it comes time for the Olympics or for the Super Bowl. For the Super Bowl, I really just want the snacks. I understand baseball and that is about it. Sorry.

Did you or do you play sports?

Do you worry that your life will be no different in 10 years time?

Ahhh...ironic....was just thinking along these lines yesterday. Worry about my life?....no. I have three kids under age eleven so I know they alone will add much color to my life over the next decade. My career?....yes. Ten years ago my big career aspiration was to have my own business which, fortunately, happened in 2005. Just yesterday I was stumped in trying to answer where I want my career to be in 2025. Which makes me question how do you measure success from a business standpoint. Via happiness? Being challenged in a healthy way? Finances/Revenue? Personal and/or professional growth? Mentoring? Portfolio of work? Awards?

If you could take spouse/partner/loved one somewhere that's special to you but the two of you have not yet experienced together where would it be and why?

Vienna. We've been wanting to go for years but have not yet gotten around to it. Scenery should be lovely, as well as the pastries. We do plan to go in 2016.

What is the one thing you'd like to change in your life this year?

We've had a tenant in our granny flat (an apartment connected to our house) which is a young guy who has his mates hanging around leaving empty beer bottles & causing a ruckus on some weekends so we can't wait to give him the boot! It's happening soon so yippee :-))

If you could change one thing about your life what would it be?

I would have ended my relationship with my ex in the first year, can't say never had the relationship cause iI wouldn't have my son. But I would have saved myself the extra decade or so of hell. I would also have never tried smoking. Would love a time machine. Other stuff I wish I had the power to change but I don't.

What is one thing in your life you would never change?
  • My nationality and homeland (well I'd never leave, would fix some things though!)

If you could change one thing about your country what would it be?

I had an egg with tomates and asparagus.

what's for dinner? (I'm highly interested in food as well lol)

I love food too. Tonight we had "hobo" dinners. A hamburger patty seasoned and placed on aluminum foil and topped with veggies. Tonight we had sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage and spinach. Wrap the whole thing up and bake. It's really yummy and easy for school/work week nights. Kids love them bc they get their own pocket. Also, it's super easy to clean up

Do you pack your lunch every day or buy out/at work?

The best I can describe it is they voice my anger, my pain, my determination, my strength, my sense of humour and happiness with their music. I don't why or how, but I know that it touches my heart and soul and I'm good with that.
