    It's interesting, it's usually off-the-beaten-track adventures via backpack. They stay in little B&Bs and similar sometimes, but it's a lot of nontouristy stuff. And nothing fancy or fussy. This episode is Malawi and Zambia. Fascinating.

    Walked? Not sure... but the furthest I've run at one time, without stopping, was 15 miles.

    Not really running, maybe a slow jog for half a mile (with my uncle to help him train for a firefighter exam). I get short of breath fast, think I have bronchial asthma (or just lazy) Longest I ran was probably a block to catch a bus that left early, I did catch it after a red light and it took me half an hour to catch my breath afterwards.

    Running! :lol: I prefer outside to the treadmill, but not when the sidewalks are icy and the temps are <25 degrees Fahrenheit. Brrrrrrr.

    I can see trying to avoid ice. Not safe at all. :lol: I usually only wear shorts, t shirts get stuck on my chin. (Because of an old neck injury I can hide my throat.)

    Are you off to bed now? It's pretty late there. Always hated the games being so late when we lived in the Maritimes. OT during playoffs got very, very late.
