Thanks, but that article told me absolutely nothing.....all the answers where like "That's a possibility" or "That may happen, we haven't discussed it yet...." thanks anyway!

yea, me too...totally! I've been following this show since the pilot episode, and this was by far the best season since the first....I have a feeling the next one is gunna take the cake....could you imagine the pressure the writers feel?!

I know! They are definately the best writers in TV right now. Just when I think they can't outdue themselves, they do. I have no doubt next season will be another one packed with excitement and drama. 9 months is too long to wait.

Thanks! Although riCo was right and it didn't answer much, I enjoyed it because it solidified my belief that the writers are still trying to decide which choice to make amongst the many open ends they have left themselves with that finale. Good writing strategy, IMO. It gives a huge opportunity for a ton of good brainstorming.

i agree with one of the questions the interviewer asked (or at least what she was hinting at) that it would be a great idea to not have a dominant villian for next season. they should focus soley on dexter fighting his demons and staying out of jail.

  • Just finished the original novel. Much different from the first season, worth the read. Not to bad.

Excellent news. Both actors more than deserved these awards. John Lithgow played one of the best characters I have ever seen in my life. Hope Michael C Hall makes a full recovery and keeps the Dexter character going strong for years to come.

Lithgow was very deserving of that award. Glad to hear he got it.

  • Just read on www.darkhorizons.com that no big name star being added for season 5. Sounds like more about Dexter himself and reacting from season 4's closing event.

Can't wait!!!! I've recently started watching season 1 again, and that season is just flat out fantastic. It really is...

So, I've just gotten into Dexter (via Netflix) and this has got to be one of the best shows on TV in a long, long time!

I'm through season 3 now (waiting on my season 4 disc) so I haven't read any of your thread posts.

    Can't wait to see season 4! :)

Indeed, season 5 is being created. And season 4 will just blow your mind. First season was nuts, but the second season dissapointed me. Third season started to get better, but the forth season was just crazy. Do not read anything in the prior post pages!!!
