Is it awkward that I sometimes want to add smilies to my subtitles? :?
Can you do it with punctuation? For example, sometimes I put exclamation points like this in instead of a :shock: (!!)

Sometimes I am tempted a lot to do something funny, leave my mark, but I never really did... But usually, you don't even use stuff like ??!! because you do not really want to draw attention to the subtitles, they have to "go with the flow" Good subs are the ones you never really notice.

FINALLY DONE with this school year and actually cannot believe I'm halfway done with college! I know that's what everyone says, that college goes by in an instant, but :shock: goddamn! I am so, so glad this year is over. It was an extremely rough year for me and I'm not normally too proud of myself, but I am very proud of myself for getting through it. Learned a lot about myself. So I guess some good came out of it
