    This has been on my mind a lot since hearing of it last evening....

    an elderly man's home was burglarized

    One of the things the thieves took was the beautiful box that held his wife's ashes...
    she's been gone three years. Her wedding ring and watch were also inside.
    I think they were married sixty some years.

    He was crying while telling the story. :cry:

    At the dump, an inmate from the local prison on work duty found it
    peeking out of a cardboard box and it was returned to him.

    Her ring and watch were gone but this elderly man was so thankful
    to have her ashes returned as we can imagine.

    It all made me cry sad tears then happy tears ...
    the fact someone would take it and her wedding band in the first place
    and the fact that by some miracle he got it back... he got her back.
