Hoping to actually move out where I'm currently living. Don't get me wrong I do like where I'm at. Nice neighborhood and the apartment management has been overall good to me. I've been here for 15 years though and my apt. is kinda outdated. If i do want to upgrade that would be a little too much so i'm looking in another city. My lease is up at the end of Sept. So i would have to give them notice sometime this month. I did fill out an application to one place that seemed very nice and was about the same price as where i'm living now.

There is one also small thing which I'm not sure who to go to. Ever since the beginning of January my PECO/electric bill has been insanely high.  Jan./Feb. and March it was almost $200 which I know for a fact that there was no way in hell i used that much electricity for a small one bedroom apt. Apr. and may it was still kinda high but more than last years. And this month it said I used over $100 worth of electricity. Again there is no way i used that much. I barely touched my AC. I called PECO and they came out and said the meter was working correctly and the wires were fine. So i called the apt. building to see what they could do. PECO suggested it could be an inside old wiring issue since i've been there for awhile. They didn't find anything wrong. At first I was pissed off at PECO but I think it's the apartment itself that's bad. So i'm 90% sue i'm not renewing my lease there.
