Gotta have a burger Aussie style. Beetroot and fried egg are standard! Yum!!

    Oh my, that sounds delicious!

On my mind are my backyard birds. I spotted a finch with pink eye at the feeders and decided to take all feeders down for a week. It's a contagious disease for the birds and it can eventually kill them. We washed the feeders with bleach and now I'm sitting here impatiently, hoping the week will be over soon. The healthy birds should disperse and the sick ones taken care of by nature. Breaks my heart, but what can you do? At least the hummingbird feeder is still up, and they still come to tank up for their big trip :)

I'm in a grief share thing with my church with others who have recently lost a loved one. Its sooo nice to hear others confess that they refuse to let go of some of that grief for that person--even if its been 10 yrs---because then you lose all of them. Your grief for them (empathy, memories, etc.) is your love for them, and you should never completely let go.

Good luck with that, Sprunkn7! I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but when I crave something sweet, I really want it. funny thing for me is, when I have it there, I don't crave it anymore. I got ice cream in the freezer too, but I won't touch it. It's there in case I am craving it and that's why I'm not craving it. Makes sense? So maybe you should keep it in the freezer

I'm doing voice overs for some cartoons for an online course today, and I have a frog in my throat. Better gargle!

I see your point but no can do. I'll get up in the middle of the night and eat it if it's there! Sucks getting old is all I can say. I used to be skinny as a stick!

Cav is the opposite of me, when it's there, he eats it  Might not have to do a lot with age, there's just different types of sweet teeth. Whatever works best for you!

Who everyone on the boards really are. Do all you regular posters ever wonder who a new person on here is where they came from all of a sudden? Ever wonder if someone famous popped in and started posting without anyone knowing? Funny thought if one of the band was signed in as just an 'average joe' and checking out what went on here. Knowing they had sporned these discussions or at least brought everyone together in one place, albeit not a physical space like their concert does. Just a thought......

I have wondered where you came from all of a sudden! I don't think there was ever a formal hello/welcome thread for you, so a belated welcome, lol. ;) I can't figure out where you live btw. Is it Australia?? If so, do you have any extra white Aussie EV zippos? (oh, also, I don't know if you're male or female).
I do wonder if any of the band reads the boards at all. I just kind of assume they don't post, but surely at least some of them have come here out of curiosity or to look for fan perspectives or feedback?? Maybe not. I would certainly have a peek once in a while if I were them.

It did! :) Doing voice overs is pretty fun. This is the second time I've done it; would definitely do more.

Dude I was surprised that most of the people I met who post here and/or are facebook are NOT nutjobs. It's shocking to learn that there are normal people on the internet.

Haha, that's true! I have met a few PJ nutjobs, but surprisingly, they aren't the ones who post on the boards.
