Opened 2 of the gifts I bought for the holidays to find one wasn't what I expected and one is all nicked up. And then failed on wrapping them. Oh well. It's the thought that counts! Got a couple more cool things on the way that I'm excited about giving, though!

Well I went to an ATM to get some cash did the card pin # etc. I could hear the machine ready to shell out the cash but the window NEVER OPENED!. Then the receipt showed they took my $80 and the guy next to me got his his cash. He said try a smaller amount did that then the machine says system malfunction something like that. I tried the other machine and got the cash.
Well I got on the phone royally pissed which got worse when I couldn't get a human. Then when I did they wanted a verbal password of which I had no idea what it was. All I know is that it had something to do with RUSH. In the end after speaking to another human with a different password answers ill get my money back through claims in 48 hrs.
This ever happen to anybody out there?

interesting dreams, one i cant mention.....but i dreamt of my young brothers at christmas time in a bright white room on a bright white carousel, then i dreamt it was a photo i was looking at in my room near my granddads suitcase, i was getting ready to pack my bags and go somewhere and found the photos, it was sweet, reminded me of a christmas song i like and i dont even celebrate it, only up till i was 4 we celebrated, anyway i was doing a bit of feng shuei before i was leaving was exciting, but i didnt know where i was going, the thought didnt come up ??
Hoping that now that my coworker is gone and it's just me, they change my schedule, I'd like to work earlier and leave earlier...I hate working til 7pm...

one of my colleagues came to work today wearing an engagement ring. it must have happened over the weekend.
her and i are flirty and we have fun together. i knew she was seeing somebody but did not think it was serious....this ring was massive. i saw it and my heart sunk.... it actually ruined my day. and thinking about it right now isn't helping...

I can see that being tough for a couple of reasons. Firstly because you liked her, but also because it can be hard to see others taking that next step in their lives if you feel like you're being left behind.
There's an Irish saying though - what's for you won't pass you, so if you go with that then you just have to trust that she wasn't the one meant for you and that things will come together in the end

A year ago today I got to go to my first PJ concert. It fell on my baby brothers birthday whom we had lost 5 yrs prior. It was a day of joy and sadness, but a moment of learning to live with all I have because we lost him too soon.

Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

Must remember this as my work is offering overtime pay for me to work on Saturday this week. Hard to pass it up as the money would come in handy in making payments on the addition on the house but my kids need to see me and I need a day off. This opportunity doesn't come along often though and I am off 1/2 day on Monday. What to do?
