    paying off utility bills that my bad tenant racked up...seems the website has saved all of his payment information...it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tempting to go ahead and charge the remaining balance to his card.

    I think I'll actually make some dinner tonight...sausage and potatoes, because I didn't thaw anything and the sausage is not frozen....
