I'm thinking that today is Oct 12th and both "Lightning Bolt" album/cd order are still listed as being in the warehouse, and I can't see them arriving here in Lake Worth, FL by mail by the 15th ~
I believe that it was posted somewhere that the shipping status doesn't update on time so you will likely get it in time even if the status remains unchanged. Some already received theirs and it still lists as warehouse. There's hope!

but you know, the Barenaked Ladies, before they were `big`in the US, had a huge hit here If I had a 1,000,000 dollars and I am pretty sure that this was done for the Canadian market because of it, hence the title of the ice cream.

it's not listed on the US site as a flavor. It's supporting a canadian charity that's probably got a lot to do with it. I think I'll live with the two options that include the words 'coffee' and 'buzz' in the title.
