yep. eggs are not cute :nono: I don't eat peeps though because baby chicks are
but those eggs turn into peeps.....so by definition....
I don't eat the yolks :fp:
As a woman with 4 chickens in her backyard and 4 dozen eggs in the fridge, I can assure you that those eggs will not turn into peeps, neither whites nor yolks. No rooster - no peeps! Feel free to eat away - toast, no toast, however you like 'em.
And the sun it may be shining . . . but there's an ocean in my eyes

The chickens themselves can act pretty cute but my husband says they look like velociraptors.

yeah the chickens can go either way. i think each individual chicken has to be judged for cuteness

Only what I pick up in a package at the store. And baby pigs are adorable, but whew - they stink to high heaven. And we know people who raise pigs on a small farm -- some very interesting stories there.

I have a chance to go to wrigley. I probably have enough airline miles to get me to Chicago free. The hotel room is booked and paid for. If I go, I will feel a little guilty taking off on my family, even though it would only be a couple of days. Also, we used our last batch of airline miles for me to fly to Tulsa last fall to see eddie solo. It's kinda time for hubby to do something for himself. The problem is that he won't. If I go there will be very subtle and long lasting hints of guilt thrown in my direction. If I go I may not be able to see the number of shows that I'd like to see on the fall tour. Assuming there is a fall tour in the northeast. I haven't seen pj in almost 15 years. It's time but it has to be right. I don't need more stress and it shouldn't be this hard. Ugh.

Rumors are, East Coast, October.
NY/Boston/CT
Gotta keep everyone happy... yourself included. Decisions, decisions.
New album = a tour will happen.
If I were you, I'd put faith in a East Coast fall tour, and plan a long weekend getaway w/ the family.
Good luck with your decision. Being a grown-up sucks sometimes!

Go. The subtle guilty hints will be nothing compared to the regret you will feel every time you listen to PJ after that. When I was 17 I had tickets to see Pink Floyd in Madison. My parents said I couldnt go because I got an F in Spanish class. I contemplated going and dealing with the consequences after but decided to stay home. I have regretted that decision ever since. My parents would have been pissed but would have gotten over it eventually and so will your husband. I will ALWAYS regret missing that concert.
My wife and I always balance things out one way or the other. If I go to Alpine for a weekend I give her a weekend of her own. That eliminates the guilt and envy.
