yeah, i got stung a few months ago when i ordered the London '07 t-shirt and had to pay 11 quid customs tax before i could get my hands on it. i phoned up to ask what the f*ck was going on and was told you should pay this on ANY package with a value over 18 pounds. the guy i talked to said that with the value of the pound against the dollar (was lower when i got the t-shirt, nearer $1.40 to the pound) they're catching a lot more that need to pay customs. when i said i'd ordered several times from the same place and never had to pay he just said i'd been "lucky" and that they normally only check about a third of the packages that come through. :x :x :x :(

been wondering what to do about the 2009 bootlegs... buy 'em all one-by-one, wait for the box set, or just buy a few selected ones (one-by-one)... hmmm....

As the shipping costs to Austria are $ 4,99 for every bootleg and there is no discount, i buy them as soon as they are available! There are no customs fees up to an amount of € 150,- so there should be no problem!

well there is away around paying customs, if you know anyone that lives in a european country that has got a higher limit on customs charges get them to buy them for you & send them on to you. Theres no charge for us if it comes a from a country in the european union.

the only logic one is maybe the connract they have with europe companys ,or broadcasting radio and stuff..
