Still haven't received this email notification. Either way, doesn't seem like we'll be getting this here in the District until next week anyway now. Really did not want to buy it at Target, but looks like it might happen.

In the other thread- looks like the east coast Cd's shipped on Monday

I just found that as well. I am extremely excited now. I don't expect to find it today, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it there tomorrow. That would be perfect, by rommate and I are driving to Philly from DC after work, perfect time to spin a new PJ cd.

4-8 weeks???!!! I was hoping they'd ship the international ones early, so that we'd have them by the release date too (like it said when I ordered it)

Oh well, I guess I'm just going to have to buy the bog-standard shop copy on Friday & return it when I the 10C edition eventually arrives.

Yup... IF they said they said they were sending it early for international, I too would buy it locally and refuse delivery of the shipment too. I mean, seriously, if they're just now sending it overseas.... what do they think they're doing? (if that's the case)

Santos said the international orders had already shipped, some US orders were shipped today, others yesterday/Monday but everyone's getting their emails today.

So... who knows. I'm keeping my fingers crossed now.

I hope so. I want to wait till my vinyl copy comes before I listen to it but if the CD copy I ordered from HMV (to qualify for the SBE presale) comes first the temptation may be too much. If it actually takes 4-8 weeks that's just ridiculous. Waiting on the mail everyday is going to be killer

Yeah, Im driving from Philly to Buffalo tomorrow. Same thing. I would love to have the album for the trip!

it should have been mailed 4-7 weeks agon in order to arrive here. But that'd be good customer service and just plain ole make sense I guess

I got an e-mail from hmv saying my pre-order shipped today so hopefully should arrive tomorrow or Friday ... and then it will be the patient wait for the 10c cd and vinyl to arrive :oops:

Hmmmm. Yes, that would be nice to know. I would think that the 10C ones will start showing up tomorrow. Those people in the 0-3 zip code grouping (myself included) might start to see something then. There's no way the album gets to the east coast in 3 days, but I've seen 4 done before. And of course some midwest people might start to see it tomorrow as well.
