i don't like lobster...so it sounds good to me :-)

i hardly believe that fried salami is better than lobster.

although If one doesn't like lobster such as your case, I could see it.

    I'm still skeptical

YEAH! I love steak as well. In fact, I just love meat in general......

But if you HAD to choose, which one --- all the various red/white meats OR all the various seafood?

That's a reallllly tough question, Ziggy. I just love me some red meat.....I cvould go without the white but the red....wow. However, compared to ALLLL the delicious seafood in our seas.....hmmm. I think I choose seafood. But the whole time I would be plotting a way to raise and slaughter me some cattle.

    And you?

I love me some white meat!! Lets not mince words. That was just in the deduction process, I would take red over white. But the pig, you know that's a magical animal. And turkey....are you kidding...I'm an American who looks forward to some Thanksgiving.

But the red meat....a perfectly marinaded New York strip, or a spencer rib eye, or a porterhouse, or even a damn t-bone...and the list goes on and on. Then you bring in the bison and lambs and venison, and whatnot. Red just wins overall in the red/white category.
