Glad I'm not struggling through this ticket crisis - but I'd sit here refreshing for as long as it takes for a show that allows me to sleep in my own bed that night. Houston, Dallas, San Antonio/Austin please!

I thought you might like that.

Here's another to remind me/us that ticketing wasn't always this hard:

Man, do I miss THAT ticketing experience right about now.

    That is too cool!

I'm relieved I wasn't trying to buy tickets during this fiasco. I've had way too much to do the last two days to waste the time hitting refresh for nine hours.

I hope that everyone who tried to get them was successful though.

Got my tix, but would rather have gotten them for a show in Atlanta!

Let's keep this alive hoping for 2012!!!!

yes yes..play west palm beach and alabama, and not northern alabama either..too far..my friend is in brewton, so if they could play near there, maybe even pensacola which is only an hour away (the venue sucks tho..an outdoor concert on pensacola beach would be sweet..)..

It's not just PJ..all the good bands seem anti-south lately..ESPECIALLY south florida..I'm sorry but playing pensacola is not good enough..don't they know it's a long state. Northern Florida might as well be another state with the distance it is..I know a lot of folk with no money for that kinda gas and hotel cost on top of the way over-priced tickets.

I guess I shouldn't have taken Ed for granted when they played in Columbia (08) when he said " see ya in 2 years. At least I think that's What he said.. :?

After the Canada pre-sale, you say you're immediately beginning work on a start of the art system to forever avoid these tickets fiascos going forward. Just one question - can the test for this new system be a sale for shows in the south??

I hereby volunteer to be a guinea pig for the test they'll conduct for the New Orleans show. It's a tough job, but someone has to step up and do it.
And I listen for the voice inside my head... nothing. I'll do this one myself.

Alright, after all the excitement the last 3 days and the 1000's of members coming out of the woodwork to create their own thread about every possible complaint they may have with 10C's ticketing system, let's get back to what's important here...

    TOUR THE SOUTH!
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

    indeed.

Now, let's pretend PJ announced a 12-14 date tour of the Sun Belt.

Would 10C tickets have the same problems as this week?

I'd go back to the old way of camping in line at the venue overnight to get in line for box office tickets if it meant we got shows down here. Play the south!

In 98 I remember staying up all night outside the Dillard's where the Ticketmaster sales place was for the Dallas 98 show. Although I was 18 then and didn't have a care in the world but I'd gladly do that again for a South tour!
