    I just moved to the Sunshine Coast, so I don't really know anyone around here yet... Would anyone be interested in buying my extra ticket for the Brisbane gig??

    agree with the QSAC venue comment, I'm worried about it too but I have faith. PJ would not play if it wasnt A+ quality

    Please don't get me wrong a PJ shows great where ever it is, just read some negative words and have not read anything positive,

    I will still be there loving every second of it!! :D

    I am in!!!!! And I'm a real short arse and still going GA cos I reckon that's the only way to really enjoy the show!!!! 98 show 1 in Bris a mate and I were the only people in the whole little raised seating area we were in who stood up and danced and carried on! NO WAY am I missing out on the atmosphere in GA, even if I do get some elbows to the head in the process@!!!!

    Just checked touring fan, make sure you update it so we see who is going. Ive got Brisbane 1, 06 going off in the back ground.....cant wait for Nov 25th

    I will be there.....the last of all 5 Oz shows (one more sleep till Perth!). I'm staying at the Travelodge Garden City, Mt Gravatt, within walking distance of venue. Come join me or let me know of a good pre/post-meet locals.

    there are a few staying there. it's a bit of a walk, up hill on the way there. going back will be a breeze.

    Your right about the Fixer field..4 days ago there were no tickets , but now there are more?..what time is everyone getting there to line up? I was thinking lunch time, but Perth sounds like there was heaps of people there from early moring

    I'm there. Saw U2 at same venue in 2006, some seats will be a long way from the stage, but GA fixer will be sweet. I've no idea where to park though. Any tips?

    I checked out the Council site the other day- most of the surrounding area is a event zone- ie 15 mins parking. But the streets behind the hospital aren't.

    I'm going to drive to Garden City and grab a bus from there.

    Thinking mid-afternoon...

    Maybe the park and ride between GC and QSAC? We parked in surrounding streets for U2, as did heaps of other people, and never got booked.

    if i drive i might park at sunnybank plaza and walk there that way i can get an easy feed at maccas at midnight. but yeah there are plenty of little back streets round the area that probably wouldn't get checked, like this whole area here:
