    hi, i'm flying down to the o2 gig, and probably won't make it to any pubs before the show, so where's the best place to drink and meet afterwords.. i'm staying at the travellodge, is there somewhere to drink there or, at or near the o2. please let me know.

    Which Travelodge are you staying at? Most of us are at the Docklands so we'll probably be drinking in the bar there after the show :)

    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    my train doesnt get into Manchester until 16.20 on the Sunday... so 20 minute walk to the hotel to check in... and then its literally around the corner for the Moon under Water pub... i estimate i'll be there after 5ish... hopefully just in time to catch the end of the Spurs v Liverpool game!! 8-)8-)8-)

    as far as i know, it is the docklands, so i guess we'll be drinking there then, just wasn't sure if there was a bar there that would be open.. i'm a bit of a country hic and all that when it comes to london.. lol
