PJ fan turns 21 in Afghanistan today

MY son Jesse a fellow 10 club memeber turns 21 in Afghanistan today.He has been there 2 months . Some of you might remember my last post 3 years ago when Jess was in Marine boot camp. As a father there is not much I can do to celebrate his birthday with him being so far away and no communication, so I thought of starting this thread with hopes of getting some good wishes from his fellow PJ fans which I will send to him in my next package . Now all I need to do is get the band to tour when he gets back whenever that will be.

    Can we send him PJ bootlegs? Let me know what we can do to help. I do a lot to support our US Troops (see link below) including assisting in sending care packages and nothing would make more happier than sending your son a spool of shows.

    Hopefully there will be some great 2009 boots, and backspacer, you can send him as a belated birthday present to ease his time over there. happy birthday to him as well.

    You should start a pay pal account and let us all chip in a few bucks and send a care package from all of us on the board. I spent six years as a combat medic and there are lots of things those guys could use over there.

    21... so young and full life still ahead! It's funny when you are much older and appreciate life more with so much memories (good and bad) and roads taken that brought you here, at this moment. At 21, I couldn't drink because I was pregnant with our first child. :P ;)

    Here's many more and safe roads for Jesse when he comes home! Thanks for all you do, even though I do not agree with the "solution" of war....but it takes a lot of courage to get in the line of fire and danger.

    We look forward to you and others like LukinFan's brother in law coming home!
