10/31 Spectrum added

I just talked to Wachovia Center about box seats and he said they were taking orders for Wednesday and Saturday. I said, "You mean Friday?". He said, "No, Saturday, they will be annoucing publicy the addition of Saturday as well". So I bought them. At least I won;t have to shake and sweat for my seat on Saturday night :0).

    $225 + 3 hrs of booze + buffet dinner. The guy also said it was going to the LAST SHOW EVER at the Spectrum...

    Pretty worth it when you think about spending $225 on a DC, Hawaii, or Dusseldorf...

    Are the boxes the only seats they are taking orders for? do you need to be some type of Wachovia member or season ticket holder? Nice to see they slipped up and mentioned the Sat show!!


    I fairly certain I may need to find a new job. The words coming out of my mouth from 3 to 3:34 and from 5 till 6:25 have probably clinched my dismissal. I tried to explain it wasn't my fault, but the fault of the website not equipped to handle that kind of traffic. I don't think my boss is going for it.

    Call 215 389 9500 for details... you have to buy a pair at $225 each, so $450 for the pair. They have 90 pairs...

    Also, I've been the 28 shows, I've seen them from all angles and, to me, yep I'm in the building and it'll be sweet.

    I called and found out. Their are boxseats left, but they are 225, per seat and could go up.

    Very, cool. Just wondering, you just called the venue and asked about seats? So if I were to do the same for say San Diego they might be able to give me some info about a possible second night? Sorry for the stupid question, but if I can find out anything it would be great.

    Glad for all you Philly folks who secured tickets and enjoy the Halloween show.

    If I had to guess (and maybe I'm hoping), ten club will have tix.

    Would PJ really want the front rows filled with people who paid thousands to see the last show in the 40 year plus history of the Spectrum when the band and the venue don't make money off of the scalped tix?

    where are the box seats located how far away from the stage are you, and also this is not the last show at the spectrum there is a show in Nov i think it is phish not really sure!

    Why is it that any one us can find out information before 10C gives it to us? For example, this Halloween show and other tour date rumors that end up to be true...even The Fixer played during last night's All-Star Game and there was no mention of it here.
    I know the people at 10C work very hard and provide a lot of good for all of us "crazy" fans, but I just wish they were more on the ball about some things. Maybe they could hire some more people...help stimulate the economy by creating jobs. I would send in an app for sure.

    I'm a little skeptical about this. My dad and I have a membership to the Cadillac Grill restaurant at the Wachovia Center (the larger building) for Flyers games. We always get offers from the Wachovia complex (Spectrum, Center) for concerts and other events before they go on sale to the general public. Usually its a dinner/ticket package where they mark up the price a little bit from face value. They usually sell them the week before the public on sale in limited numbers. On 7/14 at about 5pm, they sent out an email to members offering tickets for 10/28 and 10/30 for $88 each without a meal. I'm pretty skeptical that there's this other "box" seat and dinner package floating around, particularly since luxury boxes and box seats are pretty nonexistent at the Spectrum.

    aside from legit people giving us inside info. put two and two together and it's easy to understand, really. only two east coast shows scheduled and a frenzy for tickets for them. there will be a 3rd added.
