Why or why does the pit always attract a total tit who just writes rubbish to geta rise out of people and create an argument.
Lukinfan is well respected around here, as is the tradeking
as for the trade its a difficult one to make as its very much dependant on someone having a whole in their collection and needing every one of those posters and having a Benny they dont want anymore.....thats why the trade is unlikely, not because of the values, as Niko quite rightly puts, the opened box will not bring in 800 bucks.....
Its going for 800 still factory sealed. Opened they go for around the 500 mark.
This trade is not shabby at all!
See, I assumed that he wanted a sealed one.
As Pjtradeking pointed out, for some reason, the people that get rid of their Benny Hall's don't want posters in return- they want money. Yeah it's messed up, but it's the truth.

Why the F would you write this? JUST TO WRITE SOMETHING?????? Is there anything you are bringing to the table with this comment, that a PM wouldn't do? For someone with so many posts here, I would expect you to have learned some Pit tact by now.
He was just being honest.... there are plenty of asshole answers on this board and LukinFan wasn't one of them.... I too don't think anyone is going to part with theit Benny for posters....(unless there is a couple of 98's in the mix)

I know of one. He traded his copy for a Asia 95 tour poster (zebra).
Well that's why I edited my post, because what I really meant was for "those posters", not that they aren't really nice posters, I tried for Kenyon Hall twice and walked out empty handed.
But if his deal had 96 or 98 posters I'm sure more than one would look into it.
I'm in search of the 96 and 98 posters for the shows that I went to, as I wasn't collecting then but I don't think I would part with my Benny.. to me it's priceless.

Hey man, I have an unopen Benaroya Vinyl sitting at home, I only took it out of the shipping package once to look at it and put it back in, so its still sitting in the package it arrived in from 10club. Had no idea how much people are willing to pay for this until recently.
I'm looking to trade it for some kind of package that includes the Vancouver 98 Poster. email me if you wanna talk about it or if anyone else wants to for that matter.
By the way, I'm not selling the vinyl nor I am buying the poster.
To me the vinyl is worth what I paid for it from 10club, which I believe was $40 .
and the poster is worth what it sold for at the show, which was $20.
thanks
Jason
Jason, its your lucky day, I agree its worth around $40, If you change your mind to sell, I'm your man!!!

I can appreciate that! Its great to hear about peoples strong attachment to certain collectibles. Sell/trade remorse is something terrible!
My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-12

I have wondered before, if someone offered me a Fort Lauderdale 96 (thats my Holy Grail) would I trade my Benny? and as much as would want to get that poster and hang it on my wall I still think I wouldn't part with my Benny.

I actually have that one- but not my 98 show :( My Lauderdale isn't mint, but I still love it The B-Ham 98 is no where near worth as much as a Benny, but I'd do it in a second. It's what's more important to you, you know? Screw how much something's worth.

yeah maybe I was being too kind eh Scott??
Thats fair enough.
Still a decent offer though:)
But as mentioned, its a tricky trade to make happen. It is a really nice starting kit for someone interested in getting a poster collection going.

if he came on to sell his posters he'd be a flipper, he tries a trade (commendable) and ends up with some grief....hey ho
