    Why? It didn't happen with the Vic show and that was a tiny show and I know some people from Chicago didn't get tickets. They also didn't do it with the fan club only show in Boston in 2004. There's rumored to be 3 shows, I think its safe to say that you'll get a ticket for at least 1 night. Especially if they do the submit your information and your card will be charged if you're picked.

    I believe the idea probably comes from when they did the eligibility for the 2006 Letterman Webcast where I believe only NJ/NY/CT residents were eligible. I could be mistaken..

    That was a free show, and that made sense because we can all get there within 2 hours without having to plan anything out of craziness, and it was kinda last minute. These shows are happening in almost 4 months.

    off topic but the memorial for Michael Jackson on CNN right now is one of the classiest and nicest things I've seen in a long time. He really was a talented guy. You forget how many songs he had that you knew. Mariah's "I'll be there" with Trey was great and John Mayer's "Human Nature" was very inspired. I always believe in the "innocent until proven guilty" theory and that holds true here. We'll never know the true story of the controversies with MJ, but make no mistake a true entertainer has passed on and there'll never be another.

    Seriously w/my high 10C #, I might be better off in Australia. Hubby not into "road trips"to shows so I'll just have to leave him home & bring my daughter! She's abetter dancer anyway. Heard a lot of PJ on radio today-gets my blood pumpin for a tour! YAY!!! :D

    it means have you membership up-to-date by 11:59pm tonight. no word on when the announcement will actually come, but the consensus around here has been sometime between Wed & Fri.
