they are not u.s. citizens and why should we tie up the courts there should be military tribunals. and not only that every president since A. Lincoln has done away with habeas corpus until the war was over.

whatever you say it sounds to me like you want these women to be in jail ,I really don't understand your logic behind this. Like I said I think you got some serious issues you need to deal with. What about all the american citizens that have been wrongly accused and sentenced and in some cases put to death. I don't hear you crying out for them.

Actually, I very much admire the work of organizations like Amnesty International, and I've always been against the death penalty.

I also believe that the Fourth Geneva Convention should apply to all people, not just Americans.

You want to Blame america for everything why dont you go take a look at that shit hole you live in. Hell you can barely even breath when you walk outside in china. why dont you go clean up your own back yard before you tell us how to clean ours.

Like you know anything about living in China?

Anyway, you're just parroting Jlew. And like I told him, I'd rather live in this 'shit hole'`than in America. But good job with the personal insults and for going off-topic.

It doesn't mean "Honest Abe" was right for suspending Habeus Corpus... And even if the suspension of habeas corpus is the right action to take temporarily during wartime, what about this current War on Terror, that has no end in sight? Do we ditch this fundamental piece of the republic forever, or as long as this war goes on?

And those two journalists arrested by the North Koreans aren't North Korean citizens, therefore, according to your logic, fuck 'em.

Or are you saying that Americans are special and should always be treated differently to Non-Americans?

Good point.. I don't think we should hold people forever without a trial. They need to do something. Ether convict and sentance the ones that are guilty or let em go If they are found not guilty.

NK is now said to possibly test a missile next week and it is going to be aimed/launched towards Hawaii.

If they shoot one towards us I'd consider that an act of war. I wonder how Obama will handle this.

Is that war you mean? Well I gather he'll just sit back take another puff from his cigarette and watch his home state get blown to bits.
