I cannot thank everyone enough for their assistance in some fashion. between skyriverwinter, other donors, all the generous bidders, and some help with some bumps from our friends- this was an amazing thread to be a part of. Thank you everyone

Congrats to all the winners of the 1st auction. Thank you so much to everyone who bid. Please see below for the remaining items up for auction!

PJ Forum Poster Fund-raiser Auction!! LOTS OF POSTERS UP FOR GRABS and can be had for $25!


All items listed below including new items including old items from the 1st auction with no bids will be up for auction until October 11, 2010 at 8pm EST.

My fellow PJ fan friends:
The following posters (listed below) have been generously donated by skyeriverwinter from this board. 100% of proceeds will benefit the following two nonprofit organizations and will go to them 50-50:

1) The Red Feather Development Group (http://www.redfeather.org/)
2) The Yellow Ribbon Club (http://www.yellowribbonclub.org)

Please remember that this is for the benefit of two Pearl Jam supported non profit
organizations so your generosity is more than appreciated! Opening bids on each poster is $25

Bids for the posters will be taken until October 11 at 8 PM EST (New York time) via PM only through this forum to me, "elwayvedder". I will do my best to post the current bid (but not user names) to beat listed next to each poster. That way, you aren't guessing at what the highest bid is and don't waste your time PM'ing me with a low bid. Please note that there will be times during the auction that I will not be able to update the bids and the thread on a consistent basis due to life, work, and so on but I will do my darnest. Feel free to PM me again if your orginal bid is beat by an additonal bid.

When you PM me: Please include specific details. Your exact bid amount on the exact poster name as described below. Multiple bids on multiple posters is ok, but please please be very specific and don't leave anything up for interpretation. Please send me your bid of what you are "willing to pay at the time for a specific item". You can always send me higher bids later if your winning bid gets beat by another bidder.

All payments must be received in full by me by either check or Paypal before posters are shipped. If each winner prefers to pay by check, the winner can make out two checks; 1 to The Red Feather Development Group and 1 check out to TheYellow Ribbon Club.

All bids will include the poster plus a $7 shipping/poster tube charge within the continental U.S. For winners outside the continental U.S., a later determined, minimal shipping fee will be added to the final cost based on what the US Post Office says it costs to ship.

Posters are as is but all in good/excellent condition and carefully stored by skyeriverwinter.

If I have missed any pertinent details, please be kind to me as I have never done this type of thing before. Remember, its all for the greater good. So be gentle on me. Any questions or comments, PM me please instead of doing it publicly in the thread. Saves me the public humiliation! "Carry On!!"
