I bought 2 prints from him this summer - all good. Then i bought another and after giving me reasons for shipping delays for several weeks, no reply. I am taking it up with PayPal as of yesterday.
He also mentioned to me about a white vinyl he had that was damaged during shipping to a buyer... hopefully he steps up and makes everything right all around.
An update from my situation- he emailed back and apologized, saying he didn't realise it hadn't been shipped. It was ready to go and he sent a photo of the receipt with tracking info, etc.
When we were in touch a while back, he mentioned a lot of things going on. He also indicated he added something to the tube as a thank you and sorry about the delay. I'll update once the print is in hand, but as far as I'm concerned, he made good for me. Hopefully the same can be said soon about the OPs vinyl issue.

Seller PM'd me about this issue a few months ago. Sent pictures of the broken white Backspacer. I told him not to issue a refund to the buyer (who is the OP) until he received the damaged goods back. FWIW, seller sold me a Vegas vault. Smooth transaction. No issues.

I know damaged goods sucks but hopefully you guys eventually work it out. And boo-urns to USPS or whoever damaged it in the first place.
