    I got an email saying it went through
    Just got another one saying by they cancelled my order
    Why?????

    Due to the website glitching I accidentally placed two orders. They cancelled the 2nd one. Maybe the same thing happened to you. I have one order cancelled and one order pending.

    I don't get what you mean.. If you place an order now, it will say "pending" for awhile in your order history, it NEVER says order confirmed or shipped soon after the purchase.. If you got an email confirmation with the order number, it's all that matter

    I had something similar happen, but even worse. My confirmation read without an order number, so I may be even more screwed:

    Order number:
    We received your order at 14:32 Pacific on 04/18/2015

    An order confirmation will be sent to XXXXXX

    Order Status
    We will e-mail you with updates on the status of your order, or you can Check Order Status


    So my card has been charged, but no email, nothing in order history, and no order number to give them. I emailed tenclub.

    same as Jwillmo, for me. Lets be happy if we got one eventually, if not, that is life on the TC ordering site for limited stuff
