    The site is having some sort of shipping issue... it's not charging shipping for US orders and not processing international orders.... ugh.... trying to resolve...

    It appears the site is having some problem locating shipping rates. USPS must have changed some aspect of their shipping code and my site did not update.

    US orders are going through not charging for shipping and International orders are not processing.

    If you live outside the US, just enter this address to place the order and then I'll send you a paypal invoice for the shipping later.

    I noticed a subtle difference between two images,
    the image of the tweet of Pearl Jam and the image of official site.
    The exchange of two flags, Portugal and our neighbors Spain...?
    Two versions? Any more differences?

    Pearl Jam's Twitter & 10club store have made mistakes.     there's only one version... the twitter image is just of a jpeg before those flags got switched around... there's also no stars yet on the Aussie flag either in the twitter image

    Just got the s/n poster for Memphis today and the corner was slightly creased and not mint. The poster tube had a really wide diameter cylinder compared to every other poster I've bought and not packed well.

    Do you think Klausen will replace it or exchange it?

    This is a great poster, but worthless to me in this condition.

    I didn't get one, but then again I had my wife use her PayPal account to get that piece paid separately. I only saw the poster invoice in mine.

    Well it looks like I never bought one! That is weird. I wonder if it was canceled cause I thought for sure I did. I'll save the cash and by the cheaper one on the 10c website.

    poster is another beauty by BK. I've stared at it for a while now with many thoughts created from the images and you can tell BK put a lot of thought into this one. Only problem is he sent it to me instead of the address I put in as I bought it helping a friend who was driving from 1 show to another during the sale and asked for my help. The good news is I get to see this gem in person. The bad news is I have to ship it again and accrue more shipping charges for my friend LOL

    but it really is sharp in person!

    I haven't purchased anything from the 10c yet. Can someone tell me how the store determines shipping rates for the US? Does it depend where it's shipping to, the total cost of the order, based on weight, or all of the above?

    EDIT: Oopsy. I was hasty in posting and I just found the FAQs.

    if for some reason you didn't receive the shipping invoice also email me

    to dave, sorry for shipping it to you instead of the person... the shipping issue on the site made shipping these a bit of a pain, but everything's fixed an back to normal

    no worries BK, I just had to explain to my wife when she was mad another tube showed up that it wasn't for me LOL...also it is a great problem to have because now I get to see this gorgeous piece of work in person :)
