Backspacer isn’t my favorite record but I don’t know why they don’t play Got Some more. A quick punchy fun tune has lots of potential uses in a setlist.

I agree with this. Also, maybe some of the other cities are cities that haven’t been played before or haven’t been played since pre-bootleg era, and they couldn’t be included in the teaser setlist.

Lots of PJ songs made their debut in Pittsburgh in 2013. https://www.ppgpaintsarena.com/events/detail/pearl-jam https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/pearl-jam/2013/consol-energy-center-pittsburgh-pa-13c729dd.html

I look forward to following the setlist threads. Cheers to those that will be able to make these shows. Hopefully I can see some of you if/when they hit Portland and/or Seattle next year. Now announce the album!

Saw them twice last spring, and completely agree. Wish they’d change up the setlists a bit more-although i was at the show they broke out Undertow for the first time in 20 years, so really can’t complain! And I love how they finally felt like they didn’t need to play Stinkfist, 46 & 2, Schism etc anymore. Love those songs…

And Dimi rarely posts on the board unless it’s a setlist thread or if he has something really important to say. We have crickets at the moment! Let’s hope he pops up pre Christmas!

While a 10th anniversary of the first Wrigley show would be fun (especially if they played their original, full setlist), I hope the midwest gets a lot more love than 1-2 ballpark shows.

Yes, I was a bit worried when it was first announced and thought it would be like a set of festival shows. But was very much similar to the two date US ballpark shows in 2016/18 with the setlist, increased merch offering etc

I'm not going, but it *could* be a blessing in disguise for fans that are local or haven't travelled far, as the setlist has been relatively static thus far (I'm not complaining, I think the shows have been awesome) - but if he makes up these shows end of this year, the band will be very very loose and the setlists will…

There isn't any motivation to do so either when they play setlists like they did last tour. They may have finally hit the age barrier but dialling in the same songs wasn't something I'd expect them to ever do.
