This was the first time that I used Nugs with my free Ten Club download of a Pearl Jam concert. Do I have to have a paid subscription to access the download? I already had a Nugs login, without a subscription and I don't see anywhere where I can access my download.

Nugs app video playback
Hey I am seeking some help / advice trying to troubleshoot my Nugs app - more specifically the videos - I can’t play any PJ videos at all for instance “water on the road” it says error can’t establish a connection try again ... but it will play other band videos such as Metallica with no issue. Could it be a region issue?
