Bootleg Question

Hi there. Sorry for a maybe silly question. But i can not get it done until now. Maybe someone knows?! THANK YOU 4 your support:

Background: After many many years of not buying a bootleg, I ordered one today. As a download (not CD) cause I want it to be a christmas gift for friends who were at the Barcelona concert at july 6 2024.

Three questions:
1. How can I download it? It fails every time (does not matter if I try to download it from PC or mobile).
2. I did not get a "nugs" dowload-info as told on the page. What is this? If I download the App I seem to get a new subscription?! I JUST WANT TO DOWNLOAD the music.
3. I see the song-files of the show BUT I cant see a cover-file?? Isnt there a cover file included anymore (2012 Amsterdam shows got this included - my last buy)

Me again.

Question 1+2 have been resolved: Last try the download worked.

Question 3 ("(CD-) Cover not part of the download anymore?") is still active.

It's been a while since they included a separate artwork file with the digital downloads. 

If you have WinAmp & running on a PC, you can just rip / download the .jpeg file from the audio file.
