    They (mechanics) sure were. Add that to how big and strong he was, was a great combo.

    If this is accurate then no pitcher should get hurt ever again.

    Show the mechanics and fix any problem they might have.

    This is why I don't think mechanics is everything. Lincecum had some crazy mechanics but his body couldn't hold up.
