Nice day and a half for Philly sports! Flyers won an exciting game in OT to beat the Pens and move on to the next round. Sixers forced a game 7 against Boston and Phillies have won three in a row. Commentators said last time Phills won on walk off hits in a doubleheader was in ‘98

Broad Street Run day.
One of the days every year that remind me how much I love Philly.
This year was very subdued.
Gonna chalk it up to start time being an hour earlier and the big sports night prior to the 7am start.

Oddest sign this year that I saw.
A dude standing on side with a sign that said
"Want to Play the Penis Game?"

I was puzzled. Was it just an open offer to any runner?
Is there a pop culture meaning there that flew over my head?
Got a chuckle out of me, anyway.

Saw fireball shots but no Jameson shots this year.

My fam didn’t really run this year. Was out and about in south Philly all day and definitely looked a bit more chill than usual. Not sure why but you could get into spots on passyunk pretty easily, which was surprising, but yeah a 7am start is very early

congrats man. Always a grata day regardless.

agree, their camera work was off. If Wheeler is really back the staff is looking really good again. I know they have played some bad teams but they are getting themselves back in position to be a playoff factor again.

They can easily make the playoffs with this pitching staff even with the most AB’s going to Trea Turner.

ah i thought you meant the camera. the one long fly out in the 7th where they had the 1 guy on first the camera went to like way up in the right field bleachers making it seem like it was way out and it dropped into Garcia's glove on the warning track. i was like what the heck are they doing?

Another solid pitching performance and clutch hitting. Liking this team more and more as the season goes on. Just need a few people to step it up more.
