    1. Chatgpt:

Swedish kebab sauce is quite different from:

    • Turkish döner sauces (more yogurt-heavy, herb-based)
    • Middle Eastern garlic sauce (like toum, which is stronger and sharper)

    Sweden’s version is:
    👉 Creamier
    👉 Slightly sweeter
    👉 Less intense garlic
👉 Designed to go especially well with pizza (very Swedish thing)

    2. (vegan) Cheese and (vegan) kebab

    3. No doubt about it. This pizza style isn't that common. But some people bought it the day after partying when hungover during my "college days".

Pizza at an Indian restaurant. It was quite good. Top is chicken and mango and bottom one is chicken tikka masala.

Sounds good. Sweet like pineapple. Maybe some hot Indian spice. To heck with the haters!

Doner Kebab pizza is just making me want some Lamacun. One of the things I really miss about living in Germany is the late night kebab stands. I can't find decent Turkish pizza here in the US.

Tried MOTO pizza for the first time at the Mariners game yesterday afternoon. Wow did it ever live up to the hype. Odd pizza as their slogan says but I’m still thinking about how good it was.
“The Mr Pig” - Lechon kawali, pork sausage, onion, MOTO cheese blend, parmesan, topped with tomato sauce, calamansi lime sauce and MR PIG sauce.

I don't know how I feel about that?  I'd try it but would not call it pizza, lol.

What is the dough like?  Sicilian type?

Yeah I’d say close to Sicilian. Looks closer to Detroit style at a glance but eats much lighter and fluffier. They only sell those 2 piece strips at the ballpark but it looks like the pies come in a full square at their brick & mortar spots.

Portnoy was out in Suffolk yesterday doing Pizza reviews.

He actually found 2 spots that he gave 8's to.
