Call it wishful thinking if you’d like, but he said no plans for touring. That still doesn’t rule out a one off.  Ohana could happen!

My wife asked me to think about cleaning out the garage this weekend.  I told her I’m woodshedding the idea.
I had a couple of sites ask to renegotiate their contacts a couple of years early.   They will be told I will be woodshedding for the balance of 2026.
Send them my way, we'll call it an audition. I would welcome a seven figure salary like you.

Unless he's purposely being cagey, I also thought they were further along with the drummer thing

They are always purposely cagey in interviews.

So this is definitely a "so you're telling me there's a chance!" hope, but if he WANTS to go tour, to me that signifies there's a drummer.

Both of us to cover the east coast and Midwest markets! Company golf outings may be best scheduled in Central Time but advertised in Eastern Time...for obvious reasons.

If nothing is planned, then nothing is happening. You don’t just book a tour over night.
I want to go see Pearl Jam, but don’t have anything planned.

I was more focused on the "we".

I was thinking about Mike. Ed has Japan, Ohana, and has been "woodshedding". Jeff has P.E.S.T.

And I was thinking about what Mike might do with his upcoming album.

When did the Offspring suddenly become a huge act again?

Not complaining as theres nothing wrong with a strong shot of nostalgia, and their last record was solid, but it seems to come out of nowhere.

Same.  Flipturn were great at Ohana in 2024. I do really want to see War on Drugs though.
