    He was good in Cincy.  Be happy to take him back, so long as it is on a cheap deal.*
    As far as having a preference for the city you sign in, I think everyone has that.
    My personal choice would be Philly over Miami or Cincy, or Chicago....wherever else he had been.
    However, im not the player.

    Also understand you cant cuss out your coaches and do the other stuff the hitpiece shared that he did.

    *edit - believe i saw that if he signs with a team it will be on league minimum and Phillies pay balance to $20MM.  
    In that case I am sure many teams would sign him....Marlins included if he wants to live in Miami.  If he acts like an entitled jackass the team can cut him.
