    He was the best. Already missing Pierre. So many rock stars have paid tribute to him.  Ed Roland broke down talking about his friendship with Pierre. The concert sold out in 5 minutes. I thought about trying for tickets but think it’s gonna be kind of depressing.

    I listen to Preston and Steve then always liked Pierre with the blocks especially.

    Well first Kathy was let go from WMMR, then Pierre passed away and now Nick McIllwain is leaving the P&S show (heard it was on his own terms though/personal reasons)  :'(

    Only in the Trump era does it "make any sense" to fire basically the only woman on the show. Or maybe Marissa was enough to be the token. Fuck corporate radio.

    Pretty sad - Marra's is closed. My family used to go all the time. I think the quality decreased or maybe I got snobbish, or maybe both. There wasn't much else on East Passyunk back when, except stores for jeans and first communion outfits.

    Yeah, this is a bummer. Such a great design on the building too.  I haven't eaten in at Marra's in years, but it's my go to for italian takeout when we're feeling lazy but want to fancy it up a bit.

    so WMMR had a tribute concert last night for Pierre Robert and are recapping on the Preston and Steve show and they said Pearl Jam donated $15,000 in Pierre's name to  his favorite charity MANNA.  Pretty cool.
