It should be stated policy to not comment immediately after an incident like this, not make claims that can be easily proven false from multiple videos.

It’d be nice every now and if everyone can just come together and admit when “their side” fucks up. This is beyond wrong. Literally 0 argument can be made for the murderers. This is the most cut and dry thing I’ve seen. The constant reaching to justify is pathetic. Reminds me of South Park honestly. The “it’s heading right for us” bit.

I’ve wondered the same thing. You can see a little bit before hand. You see her near the other side of the street, a short exchange of words with an office who looks like he gestures at her to go away. She’s walking away and on the other sidewalk when they run up and just shove her, making her fall flat back. I don’t see how you justify that. If she was impeding or posed a threat, arrest her. Don’t just walk up and shove then mace her while she’s on the ground.

I’ve never felt this sick to be a citizen of this country I can’t find anything that makes me feel good about the state of affairs! Music is not doing it, I’m not drinking these days, even cooking isn’t taking my mind off things that have happened. I’ll say the one thing that does help me is just going outside and playing in the snow with my dog 🐶

That is his phone, he was filming with his right hand and used his left to shield his face when the pepper spray was used.

+ According to an eyewitness he had more than one bullet wound.

“The second witness account is from a pediatrician who lives nearby and saw the shooting. They said they did not see Pretti attack the federal agents or brandish a weapon.
The witness ran outside, told federal agents they were a physician, and asked to assess Pretti’s condition. At first, the witness said, they refused — repeatedly asking to see their physician’s license, which they didn’t have with them. None of the agents were performing CPR, they wrote.
One agent then agreed to let the physician assess Pretti, patting down the doctor to make sure they didn’t have a weapon.
“I saw that the victim was lying on his side and was surrounded by several ICE agents. I was confused as to why the victim was on his side, because that is not standard practice when a victim has been shot,” the witness wrote. “Checking for a pulse and administering CPR is standard practice. Instead of doing either of those things, the ICE agents appeared to be counting his bullet wounds.”
The physician wrote that they saw at least three bullet wounds in Pretti’s back, another in his upper left chest and another possible wound on his neck. They could not feel a pulse, and began CPR until EMS personnel arrived shortly after.”

According to the audio footage more than five shots fired.

This seems apt. I feel the same way about mass shooters. The media and others looking to demonize or remove the human aspect and free will people exercised to perform atrocities on other humans.
