    On another note I really dont want to hear any republican talk about concealed carry considering they were so adamant about people doing so.

    This is such an important point.  If more people were taught from a young age to think critically, maybe fewer would do such monstrous things.  Yet I still find it hard to understand how it is so many people so them.

    That is his phone, he was filming with his right hand and used his left to shield his face when the pepper spray was used. 
    Thank you for the answer, I thought it was his phone. I'm  wondering if they stupidly thought that was a gun. This is what happens with a lack of proper training. Panic in yelling gun when there was none, then shoot first ask questions later if they even cared to do so. 

    On another note, biggest Patriot fan 71-72. I taped, never watched, couldn't watch I cleaned house instead. This criminal act has torn at me heavily.  My daughter is in training to be an ICU nurse in DC. She has protested there, called me once that she was arrested at the time Trump held that bible. This could've been her, this could've been anyone. Unfortunately, sadly this will happen again.

    The officials are saying he was waving a gun around, although none of the videos show that.
    this wasn’t an instance where he pulled his phone out of his pocket to record, and they mistook it for a gun. He had been there filming for at least a short while. They maced him then tackled him, no one ever told him to put down his “gun” during that time.

    The best case scenario for those agents would be if they saw the gun in his waistband when they were wrestling and it appeared he was reaching for it when he was just defending himself. 

    I’m not saying that’s what I think happened, that’s just best case scenario, which would still be unjustified. They had no need to mace and tackle him to begin with.

    his gun was holstered and you couldnt see it under his coat when he was upright. it wasnt until the scuffle happened that it was seen and taken. seconds after agent who removed it exited the scuffle the shots were fired.

    I was going to mention the Rittenhouse scenario. He was acquitted though because he shot the "bad guys".

    I believe Rittenhouse should have been let off though.

    The attack on Pretti was just goon squads day.
