    Drink The Sea @drinktheseaofficial is starting our late winter US tour in just 10 days! We're playing 2.5 hours of original music with films by award-winning filmmaker, Tad Fettig @fettigtad Tickets links are in the bio and a few shows are nearly sold out and all shows have low tickets available (see below).         Hey folks, we are super excited to announce another round of touring from Drink The Sea @drinktheseaofficial as we get ready to launch album # III on October 2nd (the first single is July 31st). We'll start August 30th in our home territory of Vashon Island, WA and then we'll do a run around the Western US. Then we head straight to Europe for the album release show October 2nd in London, and then a whole lotta shows around continental Europe. And more shows are being added including Sofia, Athens, and Istanbul! Come see one of the most adventurous bands in the world as we explore this whole music thing.     Hey Folks!
    I'm pleased to announce that we are now taking pre-orders for signed CDs of the new, Drink The Sea album, Drink The Sea III.
    Artwork once again by Duke Garwood.
    This new album has 12 original songs that we recorded in studios around the world on our last tour, and it comes out October 2nd worldwide. However, we will be signing the CDs in late August when the band is at my studio rehearsing, and we’ll mail them out to you directly at that time, so you’ll get it before the official release day. It’s a physical artifact of our work, signed by us, and we're very proud of this new album. The first single will be released on July 10th!
    The link below, and in the bio, is officially active as of today, so place your orders now and we’ll sign and mail your CD in late August.
    And please come see us on our US and European tour in September and October, as we’ll be playing several of these songs live.

    It seems that the Athens gig will happen either late fall or early winter. I probably won't be able to make it, unless it's scheduled near Christmas time :tongue:

    Get the new, 3rd album from Drink The Sea earlier than the official release date of October 2nd, 2026 (we’ll mail it to you in late August). The CD contains 12 brand new songs from the songwriting supergroup that features Peter Buck, Duke Garwood, Alain Johannes, Barrett Martin, and Lisette Garcia.

    The first single from Drink The Sea III is out today! "Oh Desire" is a song that Peter Buck brought into the studio and Alain Joahnnes wrote the lyrics and sang it beautifully and powerfully. Have a listen!

    Hailed as one of the most adventurous live bands in the world, songwriting supergroup, Drink The Sea, returns with their 3rd studio album, “Drink The Sea III,” which will be released worldwide on October 2nd, 2026 through Barrett Martin’s Sunyata Records and Sony Orchard Digital Music. The band features the same original line up with Peter Buck (R.E.M.), Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees, Mad Season), Alain Johannes (Eleven, QOTSA), Duke Garwood (British Singer-Songwriter), and Lisette Garcia (Percussion). "Drink The Sea III” was recorded when the band was on the road between October 2025 and April 2026, with principle recording in Olympia, WA at Barrett’s Sunyata Sound, and then continued with sessions in Pichilemu, Chile at Los Lobos Studios, and Sao Paulo, Brazil at Da Pa Virada Studios. Produced by Barrett Martin and Alain Johannes, the album is a continuation of the band’s songwriting skills, a unique palate of instrumental sounds, and the refined quality of a band that has now toured across three continents and multiple countries.
