No I get that. Whats weird is there are probably real Proud Boys on the list, so call them out.

I didn't even realize this was a thing until a few months ago. A student-teacher here said he spent several months building up a following on a social media account, then sold it for like $4 or $5000 when he was in college. I guess people who want to be influencers (which is a dream for a lot of kids now) will buy accounts that already have a following. I asked how he got his, just said he would post random, sometimes controversial stuff to get views. Views can also get you ad revenue. 

a guy I work with makes like about $1000 a month posting IT Help videos on youtube. I was like "Wha???".

This ugly, pathetic, awful man had the gall to ask Americans to say a prayer for Ross, and not the woman Ross gunned down. That counts as the nicest thing Vance said in his press briefing right after the killing.

As quickly as the government is hiring for ICE. It wouldn't be surprising if they're not hiring some of those pardoned from the January 6th Insurrection. With JUST 47 weeks, oh check that, 47 days. Just let that sink 47 days to become an armed thug with just about absolute immunity.  I can imagine what people outside of the US think of us now.😳😲 Oh the horror!

i mean, there are other six figure jobs out there that do not require someone to trample other people's rights and humiliate them on a daily basis. but very few have just a 47 day training period.

I could be wrong, but it seems to me I read somewhere that they actually did do that. It would not surprise me in the least.  

I hope people outside the U.S. have the sense to know that huge numbers of us are not OK with this fascist regime.

Actions taken by ICE Agent Ross in shooting and killing Renee Good which will adversely affect his legal positions:

Criminal law

Actions Ross took that are not justified under Minnesesota use-of-force statutes:
1. Shooting into moving vehicle (creates out-of-control vehicle/lethal safety hazard)
2. Shooting at fleeing vehicle (creates out-of-control vehicle/lethal safety hazard)
3. Officer-created danger (voluntarily stepping in front of vehicle, twice, unnecessarily)
4. Failure to retreat (no effort to step out of the way/held his ground to shoot)
5. Using deadly physical force that could not prevent the harm (bullets don't stop cars -- a particular focus of Minnesota courts).

Federal policy 

Actions taken that are violations of DOJ/DHS/ICE use-of-force policies:
All five of the above, plus
6. Force used as punishment or retaliation ("F-----g bitch")
7. Failure to attempt to de-escalate
8. Officer must not leave scene of civilian shooting in which he discharged his weapon
9. Shot at vehicle that did not risk serious physical injury (if the car did hit him it did not cause Ross any apparent injury/DHS has NOT claimed "internal bleeding" was caused by car contact)
10. Failure to file report (until DHS indicates otherwise)
 - Potential other ICE rules unknown because DHS took down the website soon after this happened

15. Holding unholstered weapon while holding phone
16. Failure to maintain reactionary gap (for perception, decision making, and movement--Ross was within the gap when circling car)
17. Improper traffic stop procedures:
- avoid frontal engagement (Renee AND Becca)
- Establish cover
- Use offset positioning
- Control stop from position of tactical advantage
- Use vehicles, structures to reduce exposure
- Use lateral movement
- Increased panic (drew weapon/pointed it at victim in her field of vision when she was at full top/shifting gears.

TWENTY-THREE VIOLATIONS IN ALL

Additional violations by other Agents likely to result in civil suit:
No jurisdiction for full traffic stop ("Get the f--k out of the car")
Failure to identify (masks/insuffient insignia, no vocal ID)
Conflicting commands (leave scene/exit vehicle)
Creating role confusion
Succumb to tunnel-vision (continued to harass victim after she began to leave but was blocked by a passing ICE vehicle)
Block medical aid - this is a very serious one, especially now it's known she was alive when eventually reached by EMT personnel.
