Don’t you have to cross Venezuelan airspace to get to Brazil?

not really, plains can fly around the country.

in january 2020 a few months before covid i went to the maldives and had a stop in Abu Dhabi and we were suppose to fly above iraq or iran (cant recall which one) and the plain simply made a new route
Whether you literally have to or not, my point is with the political situation I’m not really seeing them booking anything in SA.  Hope to be wrong of course.
they could do a one off in rock in rio , lots of bands do it when they play there.

It’s been a bucket list for a long time. I absolutely would…if there are arena shows then there’s no doubt

Oh same here, don’t get me wrong but an arena show in buenos Aires, Columbia, Peru, Mexico or Santiago would be the best experience of life (outside my relationship 😆 ) that I could think of, and if I have to pay interest on that trip for a year or two so be it

There might have been talk for them to play Rock in Rio before Sitting Bullshit (with "Secretary of Chugging a Brewski" in his ear) ordered a black bag op in Venezuela, but things are so tense down in SA now, I don't see it happening.

The Notre Dame football team plays a game vs Wisconsin at Lambeau Field on Sunday, Sep 6, and it will likely be a featured prime time national broadcast. A lot of the students will attend the game and be gone from campus. I would be surprised if the university scheduled a concert in Notre Dame Stadium for that evening.
Are there any substantiated rumors for ND?   My source within a certain sports organization , expects 2 nights at Wrigley this summer.  I did not pry for dates .

South Bend is essentially the same market so I have some serious doubts that they would play both venues.
In lieu of any Michigan (or even Ohio dates), I would take any Chicago dates as it is within driving distance of Michigan.
I actually believe at this point, it would be a surprise if Ohio ever gets another show
I am holding out hope for a Cincinnati show.
I want Cleveland so I can see RRHOF at the same visit. Foo's are playing there in Aug so that'd be a great visit on the other hand. Tired of waiting for PJ this time around ... it is what it is LOL

Got a EV notification with the word tickets in it and got excited! Then saw they were in Japan. What i would do for a EV Solo show in a small intimate theater setting.. bummed i can’t see it.

Wasn't there a rumor of US dates around Ohana last year?

Here's the bummer. They're not there during the basho.
    https://www.japantimes.co.jp/sports/sumo/basho-schedule/

(Yes, the term for "Grand Sumo Tournament" is "basho" which is either hysterical or ironic. I'm guessing something doesn't translate into English. And once you get to understand a bit of sumo, it's really cool how it's stemmed in lots of honor and tradition. It's way more than fat dudes in thongs.)
