Fits right into the R attack of fraud waste and abuse of tax monies. Zohran can’t wait to start his turn at it.. Probably not seeing any movement on ACA subsidies before the midterms. Nice move, Tim.

It was a Benghazi style attack. Walz didn't have anything to do with the fraud and there were prosecutions.

The GOP was trotting it out because of that youtuber that put out the misleading videos.

exactly. imagine a world where the leader had zero to do with something but took full responsibility for it cuz that's part of the job of being a leader. Knowing the distraction takes away from the real issue.

I remember those days when republican leaders were like that. Now it's only Democratic ones that fall on the sword.

The only thing that stops with dear leader is investigations of his wrongdoings! Has Jean Carrol been paid yet! I bet she hasn’t seen a dime

    “Zero to do with”

Maybe ask google if a state's governor is responsible for the overall management and efficiency of the executive branch, which includes ensuring that effective financial controls are in place to prevent, deter, and detect fraud over spending.

There's a reason he immediately dropped out of the race and effectively retired. He gets it, A MagaLeft Train doesn’t. Dems can’t do no wrong!

I think its less that "Dems can do no wrong" and more why is one side held accountable every time and the other side so rarely is. Or to put a finer point on it, why are voters more forgiving to Conservative leaders pulling shit vs. Liberal leaders.

What gets me about the MN fraud is that this shit all stemmed from the Covid relief money. There was massive fraud across the entire country with these funds via PPP loans, Employee Retention Credits, etc.

Every red state had fraud so every red state governor should be blamed along with the blue state governors if blame needs to be placed.

trump should get blamed as well for making the PPP loans forgivable regardless of income

I don't see what you are saying is any different than what Mickey or HFD are saying. The Buck stops with the leader. No one is arguing that, unless you are saying the leader should know every minuscule detail at all times always so is definitely responsible AND involved.

By all accounts this happened under Walz watch, but probably not to his knowledge. He took the bullet and now a good politician who stood up for people and accomplished stuff that makes Minnesotans lives better will never politik again.

I think the "reporting" might have happened a bit too quickly. Now the Dems have the opportunity to get a new candidate with plenty of time. They should have gone the October Surprise route.
