I quit and went to sleep at 30-14. Ridiculous. The Rams really are finding creative ways to lose this year.

Some stat about Darnold having most wins in last 2 years. I'm assuming not including playoffs. ;)
Zero playoff wins.  Hopefully he gets one this year.
People like to talk about how Darnold has zero playoff wins. It’s true, but he’s only had one opportunity to win a playoff game. It's not like he repeatedly loses in the playoffs. You can't hold it against him that he was on The Jets. Hopefully this year will be different. Also, it should be mentioned that Sam Darnold is the first QB ever to have 2 consecutive 12 game win seasons, on two different teams. Tom Brady never did that. Joe Montana never did that. I think it's time that folks start giving him a little credit. He has had some trouble with interceptions this season, but overall he's pretty decent.

That Rams at Seahawks game was incredible. Those of us who stayed the whole time were treated to a comeback for the ages. I had so much fun. Probably my favorite regular season Seahawks game that I’ve attended.

You put Darnold in the same sentence as Montana and Brady… Stick to cooking.  I mean that with love!!!
Darnold is on his 5th team for a reason. He tends to crumble in big games. Last week against the Rams was probably the biggest win of his career. I was happy for him and I hope it works out in Seattle long term.

I don't recall which games were big when he was on Jets and Panthers.  Don't think he ever played for Niners.  So the big games were on 2 teams and he won as many as he lost, I think.
He's still a work in progress.
Don't want him to be good, would like to see Niners game be a big one at end of season and SF win.
The love he receives is the love that is saved

Correct, not many big games to speak of for Darnold.  I just won't get off the fact that he is playing for his 5th team in 8 years.  That is just down right bad for any player at any position, especially QB.  A lot of the national media were shocked he was able to down the Rams last Thursday and maybe its a turn in his career. Time will tell.  Are you a Niners fan?

Yes and went to SC so am a Sam fan.
I dont think you can bury these guys that play for shitbag organizations like Lina and Jets.
They never got good coaching, opportunities,  etc.

Niners would love to have kept Sam as a backup.  Good QB coach.
Vikings offered him but not enough.  Good qb coach.  They thought (still think?) they have something with JJ.
Im not sure but I do think it is commendable to give your guy more time with a good coach.

Think Daniel Jones and Baker Mayfield are also good examples.
    Mac Jones even.
Having some time and a good qb coach makes a big difference.

For what it's worth, I think Purdy is good.  People like to paint him as just a game manager, but I've seen Purdy make huge throws down the field.  Game managers don't make a lot of throws down the field like he has.

I hope so but I don't think he is worth max contract like that
Nice win tonight but the defense is still a problem

Funny story: I was a huge Jimmy Garoppolo fan when he was drafted by NE (I'm not a NE fan). Not sure how you Niners fans feel about him lol.
