Congratulations to Hadjar. I love seeing racers first time on the podium.

I am a little worried about him taking the second seat at Red Bull, but he seems to be a better driver than Tsunoda or Lawson will amount to.

Hadjar is having a great season and is exciting to watch. Lets see how he does the rest of the season. If he continues to be successful, the second Red Bull seat is inevitable. He will be in demand. $$$$ talks. I enjoyed the Dutch Grand Prix.

Entertaining and quick race at Monza. Interesting winner that could cause some disruption as the season continues. The move by McLaren makes no sense. They get the same amount of team points regardless of which driver finishes 2-3. Lando's team made a mistake and that is racing. Oscar's team did not make a mistake and he should have been allowed to keep the position. That is racing and the team decision cost Oscar championship points. Makes no sense and I cannot say I am a fan of the team manipulating the finish.

Seems like Lando is racing without any spark and catching some bad breaks while Oscar is being aggressive and his team is hitting all the marks.

Team championship is basically over, but the driver's championship is not. Plenty of points still available.

I got an F1 TV subscription for this season as it much cheaper than the monthly cable fees to get the F1 races on ESPN. The main announcers on F1 TV are HORRIBLE, but the coverage is great. Live timing, driver cams, a choice of commentator feed etc. David Coulthard is good, but he is not always on. It is worth it, but I really cannot stand the core broadcast team. Still worth the cost though.

If qualifying was any indication, there will be several red flags and safety cars for the race.

The cars may be too big for that track. Baku is either boring or one of the most interesting races of the season. The wind will be a factor for the race.
