    No, heavy cream, whipping cream, I can't explain it better..
    It's quite basic.  I completely skipped the roux part. Heavy cream slowly simmered on low until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper and a little garlic if you want. I made some once and put lump crab meat in it, served it over a nice steak.

    Okay, IBTNL people. :lol: I always want to post my pizza pics here, but i'm always too ravenous to remember to take photos when it arrives. But I am on a Detroit style kick right now, with burnt edges.
